PostgreSQL Anonymizer has a vulnerability in how it handles anonymization functions defined with SQL-standard function bodies. The PostgreSQL system analyzes these functions at declaration time, but the Anonymizer only checks them at execution time, creating a security gap. This flaw can be exploited by any user with the TEMPORARY privilege. The vulnerability is addressed in PostgreSQL Anonymizer version 3.3.0 and later.
