A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's regulator driver for as3722 was resolved. The issue involved a premature release of a device tree node reference, resulting in a dangling pointer. This was caused by calling of_node_put() immediately after assigning the node pointer, which released the reference while it was still in use. The fix removes the premature of_node_put() call to maintain a valid reference. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 09/11/2026, 21:31:29 UTC Added: 09/12/2026, 00:43:02 UTC |
