A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's media i2c driver for the ov8856 camera sensor was resolved. The issue involved the control handler not being freed if adding controls failed during initialization in ov8856_init_controls(). This could lead to resource management issues. The vulnerability has been fixed by adding an error exit label to properly free the control handler on failure.
