A vulnerability in the LdapPasswordAuthenticator component of the sshd-ldap module in Apache MINA SSHD versions 1.2.0 to 2.19.0 and 3.0.0-M1 to 3.0.0-M5 allows bypassing authentication checks. This affects only SSH servers using the sshd-ldap component configured with LdapPasswordAuthenticator for password authentication. The core sshd password authentication mechanisms are not affected.
