A flaw was found in libsoup's SoupServer HTTP Range header processing. (CVE-2026-77014)CVE-2026-77014 0 A numeric truncation flaw exists in libsoup's SoupServer HTTP Range header processing. The flaw causes the sort_ranges() comparator to truncate a 64-bit subtraction result to a 32-bit integer, flipping the sign for range offsets differing by more than INT_MAX. This results in silent omission of requested byte ranges in HTTP 206 Partial Content responses for resources larger than approximately 2 GB. The vulnerability has a medium severity with a CVSS score of 5.3 and does not impact confidentiality or availability but can affect integrity by omitting requested data ranges.
