A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the iCagenda extension for Joomla versions 4.0.8 through 4.0.12. The vulnerability occurs in the frontend 'Submit an Event' form, where the 'image' and 'file' fields are stored as raw strings without proper HTML attribute escaping. This allows authenticated users to inject malicious scripts that could be executed in the context of other users viewing the affected content.
