In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: L2CAP: validate option length before reading conf opt value… (CVE-2026-64403)CVE-2026-64403 0 A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's Bluetooth L2CAP implementation allows an out-of-bounds read due to improper validation of option length before accessing option values. The function l2cap_get_conf_opt() reads up to 4 bytes past the end of a buffer before confirming the buffer contains that data. This is a validate-after-use bug fixed by adding proper length checks before dereferencing. No data leak is currently observed, but the flaw is fragile and could lead to issues if the code changes.
