The issue involves improper mapping of inline data offsets in the per-command inline scatterlist, which can cause underflow and incorrect length calculation, leading to reading beyond the intended memory page. This flaw occurs when inline_data_size is configured larger than PAGE_SIZE, causing potential out-of-bounds memory access. The fix properly maps the offset by splitting it into page index and in-page offset, preventing the scatterlist from referencing invalid memory regions.
