Malicious code in nottuff23 (npm) 0 The npm package 'nottuff23' version 1.7.7 is part of a bulk-published set of malicious packages that abuse the npm registry namespace. The package contains obfuscated browser service worker code and assets that do not function as a Node.js library. While installation and requiring the package do not execute code, the package is designed for registry spam and potentially malicious use at deployment. The package's payload includes a dormant web-proxy frontend and loads remote scripts from suspicious domains. Any system with this package installed should be considered compromised, and all secrets should be rotated.
