Malicious code in ts-esys (npm) 0 The npm package ts-esys version 0.0.5 is a malicious package impersonating the legitimate big.js library. It contains hidden runtime code that loads and executes code from a concealed dependency websocket-slot, which is unrelated to the advertised functionality. This hidden code executes silently on every import or require of ts-esys, potentially compromising the host system. Systems with this package installed should be considered fully compromised, and all secrets and keys on those systems must be rotated from a clean environment.
