The npm package 'authsessionbridge' contains malicious code that executes arbitrary commands on the host system. Upon requiring the package, it fetches remote code from obfuscated URLs and executes it via eval(), exposing all environment variables and host identifiers to an attacker. The package impersonates the legitimate 'pino' logger to deceive users into installing it. Any system with this package installed should be considered fully compromised, and all secrets should be rotated immediately.
