UBUNTU-CVE-2026-10651CVE-2026-10651
0

A vulnerability in Zephyr Bluetooth SDP record parsing allows a one-byte out-of-bounds read when processing a malformed SDP record exactly three bytes long. This over-read occurs because the code reads a data-element descriptor byte without sufficient bounds checking. The issue can be triggered remotely by a Bluetooth BR/EDR peer acting as an SDP server. The impact is limited to a potential denial of service due to a fault or assert panic under certain configurations. The vulnerability affects specific Zephyr versions and has been fixed by improving the length check.
