UBUNTU-CVE-2026-45072 0 A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the Symfony PHP framework's development profiler file_excerpt Twig filter. Versions from 6.4.24 up to but not including 6.4.40, 7.4.12, and 8.0.12 improperly handle non-PHP files by interpolating lines directly into <code> elements without escaping, allowing an attacker to inject malicious scripts that execute when a developer views an attacker-controlled file in the profiler. This issue is fixed in Symfony versions 6.4.40, 7.4.12, and 8.0.12. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 07/14/2026, 19:17:00 UTC Added: 07/16/2026, 10:38:36 UTC |
