Coturn: Prior to 4.15.0, a server using --mobility authenticates a resumed REFRESH request with the resuming user's credentials but does not verify that… (CVE-2026-65981)CVE-2026-65981 0 Coturn versions prior to 4.15.0 using the --mobility option have a vulnerability where resumed REFRESH requests are authenticated with the resuming user's credentials without verifying the identity against the original allocation owner. This allows an authenticated attacker who obtains a victim's MOBILITY-TICKET to receive and inject relayed traffic and consume the victim's quota. The issue arises because the server skips copying credentials when the attacker's session is already authenticated, causing the REFRESH request to be validated against the attacker's identity instead of the victim's. This vulnerability is fixed in Coturn version 4.15.0. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 07/31/2026, 21:17:00 UTC Added: 08/06/2026, 18:17:24 UTC |
