Multiple security vulnerabilities were discovered in the Linux kernel affecting a wide range of subsystems and architectures. These issues could potentially allow an attacker to compromise the system. The vulnerabilities impact numerous components including ARM64, PowerPC, and x86 architectures, various drivers, filesystems, networking stacks, and kernel frameworks. A patch addressing these flaws is available and included in updated Linux kernel packages for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
