AI-suggested

A patch is available and has been released in version 6.0.1. Users should upgrade affected versions (>=6.0.0 <6.0.1) to 6.0.1 to ensure proper enforcement of the Secure attribute on shared cookies. No additional mitigation steps are indicated.

Description

A vulnerability in AIOHTTP versions 6.0.0 up to but not including 6.0.1 allows the Secure attribute of shared cookies to not be enforced. This means a cookie marked as Secure could be sent over an unencrypted HTTP connection, potentially exposing sensitive cookie data.
