Description
CVE-2024-22116 is a critical code injection vulnerability in Zabbix affecting versions 6.4.9 and 7.0.0alpha1. It allows an administrator with restricted permissions to execute arbitrary code via the Ping script in the Monitoring Hosts section due to lack of default escaping of script parameters. This flaw can lead to full compromise of the infrastructure monitored by Zabbix.
