Until a fix is available, avoid using HWTSTAMP_TX_ONESTEP_SYNC with ENETC VFs to prevent kernel crashes.
Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's ENETC virtual functions (VFs) causes a crash when attempting to use one-step hardware timestamping (HWTSTAMP_TX_ONESTEP_SYNC). This occurs because only the physical function (PF) can access the required PMa_SINGLE_STEP registers, and VFs lack this capability, leading to a kernel paging fault and crash.
