AI-suggested

A fix has been implemented and is available in the Linux kernel. Users should update to a Linux kernel version that includes the patch identified by the fixed commit hashes. No additional mitigation is required once patched.

Description

A kernel hang issue during SMP initialization on ARM Rockchip platforms, specifically RK3188, has been fixed in the Linux kernel. The problem occurred because the trampoline code for secondary CPUs was written to SRAM while those CPUs were powered on, causing rare hangs. The fix moves SRAM initialization to when all secondary CPUs are powered down, preventing unexpected execution of trampoline code.
