Technical Analysis

This vulnerability allows remote code execution through a crafted HTML page targeting coleam00 Archon 0.1.0. The exploit enables command execution, UI control, and exfiltration of sensitive data such as API keys from the Archon interface. The CVE entry does not provide affected version details beyond 0.1.0, nor does it include a CVSS score or remediation information. The vulnerability is publicly disclosed but lacks vendor advisory or patch details.

Potential Impact

Successful exploitation can lead to full remote code execution on the victim's system via the Archon application, unauthorized control of UI features, and theft of sensitive information including API keys. This could compromise the confidentiality and integrity of data managed by Archon. There is no evidence of active exploitation in the wild.

Mitigation Recommendations

Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until a patch or official fix is available, avoid accessing untrusted HTML content while using Archon 0.1.0 and consider restricting access to the application to trusted users only.
