Published: 10/10/2026 (10/10/2026, 14:35:03 UTC)
Source: CVE Database V5
Vendor/Project: iflytek
Product: astron-rpa

Description

CVE-2026-108548 is an authentication bypass vulnerability in iflytek's AstronRPA up to version 1.1.6. The flaw exists in the OpenResty gateway's auth_handler.lua, which accepts any Bearer token without validation. This allows unauthenticated attackers to access sensitive API routes and impersonate any user by spoofing user identity headers.

Technical Analysis

AstronRPA versions up to and including 1.1.6 contain an authentication bypass vulnerability in the OpenResty gateway component. The auth_handler.lua script improperly accepts any Bearer token without validation, enabling unauthenticated attackers to access /api/resource/ and /api/rpa-ai-service/ endpoints. Attackers can spoof X-User-Id or user_id headers to act as arbitrary users, bypassing authentication controls.

Potential Impact

Unauthenticated attackers can bypass authentication and access protected API endpoints, potentially gaining unauthorized access to resources and performing actions as any user by spoofing identity headers. This could lead to unauthorized data access or manipulation within the affected AstronRPA system.

Mitigation Recommendations

Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until an official fix is available, restrict access to the affected API endpoints through network controls or authentication gateways to prevent unauthorized access.
