Description

A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the GeoDirectory WordPress plugin before version 2.8.196. The flaw arises because the plugin does not properly escape a post badge shortcode attribute for use in a JavaScript context within an inline event handler. This allows users with Contributor role or higher to inject malicious scripts that execute when anyone clicks the badge, potentially affecting administrators and other users.
