Until a fix is available, restrict local access to trusted users and ensure proper file permissions on the execlist.txt manifest to prevent unauthorized modifications.
Description
CVE-2026-16305 is a local privilege escalation vulnerability in INFINITT Healthcare System Manager versions 3.0.11.3 through 3.0.11.5. It arises from incorrect permission assignment on the execlist.txt command manifest, which is world-writable. This allows a local low-privileged attacker to modify the manifest and execute arbitrary commands with administrator privileges during application updates.
