Vendor/Project: labring
Product: FastGPT

Description

CVE-2026-54607 is a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in labring FastGPT prior to version 4.15.0-beta4. The issue arises because the HTTP-tool OpenAPI schema importer only validates the top-level URL before passing it to SwaggerParser.bundle, which fetches remote $ref URLs without internal address validation. This allows an authenticated team member to read internal services or cloud metadata. The vulnerability is fixed in version 4.15.0-beta4.

Technical Analysis

FastGPT versions before 4.15.0-beta4 contain an SSRF vulnerability due to insufficient validation of remote references in the OpenAPI schema importer. The importer validates only the top-level URL, but the SwaggerParser.bundle component fetches nested $ref URLs without enforcing FastGPT's internal-address guard. This flaw enables an authenticated team member to retrieve internal service data or cloud metadata by exploiting the remote reference resolution process. The vulnerability is addressed in version 4.15.0-beta4.

Potential Impact

An authenticated team member can exploit this SSRF vulnerability to read internal services or cloud metadata, potentially exposing sensitive internal information. The vulnerability does not impact integrity or availability but has high confidentiality impact as indicated by the CVSS score of 7.7.

Mitigation Recommendations

Upgrade FastGPT to version 4.15.0-beta4 or later, where this SSRF vulnerability is fixed. No other official remediation or temporary fixes are documented. Patch status is not explicitly confirmed beyond the fix in 4.15.0-beta4, so verifying the upgrade is applied is recommended.
