A fix is available and has been applied in the Linux kernel. Users should update to the fixed versions identified by the provided commit hashes to remediate this issue.
Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's ACPI RISC-V implementation was fixed by adding a check for the return status of acpi_get_handle() in the riscv_acpi_add_prt_dep() function. Without this check, a failure in acpi_get_handle() could leave a variable uninitialized, potentially causing incorrect behavior.
