AI-suggested

A fix is available in the Linux kernel as indicated by multiple fixed commit versions. Users should upgrade to a kernel version that includes the fix identified by the listed commit hashes to resolve this issue.

Description

A vulnerability in the Linux kernel bonding driver causes the active slave device's promiscuity mode to remain enabled permanently after bond teardown. This occurs due to premature clearing of the curr_active_slave pointer when releasing all slaves, leading to a leak of promiscuous mode on the physical device.
