Description

A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's nfsd component related to the handling of NFSEXP_PNFS in the netlink codepath has been fixed. The issue arose due to a rework that moved the check for NFSEXP_PNFS out of nfsd4_setup_layout_type() into its callers, but did not account for a new call within nfsd4_setup_layout_type(). This flaw has been addressed in specific commits.
