Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's ASoC adau1372 driver was resolved by allowing sleepy powerdown GPIOs. The issue involved gpiod_set_value() emitting warnings when used with GPIO providers that can sleep, such as I2C controlled GPIO expanders. The fix uses the _cansleep variant to safely manipulate powerdown GPIOs in process context, enabling proper power off of the chip without warnings.
