AI-suggested
A security update is available in FreeRDP version 2.11.8-11.oe2203sp4 that addresses these vulnerabilities. Users should upgrade to this fixed version to mitigate the risks. No other specific mitigations are indicated by the vendor advisory.
Description
FreeRDP versions before 2.11.8-11.oe2203sp4 contain multiple security vulnerabilities including heap buffer overflows, out-of-bounds reads, and uninitialized heap memory disclosures. These flaws arise from improper validation of input fields and incorrect indexing in protocol message processing. Exploitation could lead to denial of service, client crashes, or potentially remote code execution when combined with other vulnerabilities. The issues are fixed in version 2.11.8-11.oe2203sp4.
