Description
CVE-2025-54813 is an improper output neutralization vulnerability in Apache Log4cxx affecting versions before 1.5.0. When using JSONLayout, certain non-printable characters in attacker-supplied log messages are not properly escaped, causing them to be included in the JSON logs. This can disrupt applications that consume these logs by preventing correct interpretation of the log data. The issue is fixed in Apache Log4cxx version 1.5.0.
