Technical Analysis
The vulnerability in JeecgBoot up to version 3.9.5 is due to missing authorization checks on the SysTenantController GET /sys/tenant/getTenantPackApplyUsers endpoint. Authenticated users can exploit this by manipulating the tenantId parameter to retrieve sensitive information about tenant administrator applicants across tenants. This issue is tracked as CVE-2026-108656 and is classified under CWE-862 (Missing Authorization). The CVSS 3.1 base score is 4.3, indicating a medium severity with network attack vector, low attack complexity, and requiring low privileges but no user interaction.
Potential Impact
An attacker with any authenticated access can read sensitive personal information (usernames, real names, phone numbers, departments) of pending tenant administrator applicants for any tenant by iterating tenantId values. This exposure compromises confidentiality but does not affect integrity or availability.
Mitigation Recommendations
No patch or official fix information is provided. Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until a fix is available, restrict authenticated user access to the affected endpoint or implement additional authorization checks to prevent unauthorized data access.
