AI-suggested
A fix is available in h11 version 0.15.0, which is included in mycli version 2.13.1. Upgrading to mycli 2.13.1 or later will remediate this issue. Alternatively, fixing the buggy proxy component that misparses chunked-encoding bodies also mitigates the risk. Since exploitation requires both a vulnerable h11 and a buggy proxy, addressing either component is sufficient to prevent exploitation.
Description
A vulnerability in h11 versions up to 0.14.0 allows malformed HTTP/1.1 chunked-encoding bodies to be accepted due to lenient parsing of trailing line terminators. This can cause request smuggling when combined with a buggy proxy that parses chunked bodies differently. The issue is fixed in h11 0.15.0 and affects mycli versions prior to 2.13.1.
