AI-suggested

A fix is available in Nagios XI version 2024R1.1.3 and later. Users should upgrade to this version or newer to ensure that all active sessions are invalidated upon password changes, preventing continued unauthorized access. No other mitigation steps are indicated.

Description

Nagios XI versions prior to 2024R1.1.3 do not invalidate all other active sessions when a user changes their password. This allows any existing sessions, including those potentially controlled by attackers, to remain active after a credential update, enabling continued unauthorized access.
