Description
CVE-2026-46634 is a vulnerability in the Twig PHP template engine versions from 3.9.0 up to but not including 3.26.0. It allows sandboxed templates to bypass security policy enforcement due to the template_from_string() function compiling inner templates under synthesized names that evade sandbox checks. This enables sandboxed templates to render inner templates without applying the sandbox security policy. The issue is fixed in version 3.26.0.
