Description
Netty versions prior to 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final contain a vulnerability in the DnsResolveContext component where it fails to validate the origin (bailiwick) of CNAME records in DNS responses. This flaw allows attackers to potentially manipulate DNS resolution processes. The issue is patched in versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final.
