What to do

No mitigation is required for Red Hat products as they do not ship affected versions of HAProxy. Users should ensure they are running supported versions and apply updates if using vulnerable HAProxy releases outside Red Hat products.
Description
A vulnerability was identified in HAProxy's QUIC frame parser where malformed, truncated variable-length integers (varints) can cause the parser to enter an infinite loop or crash, resulting in denial of service. This flaw affects HAProxy versions 3.2.0 through 3.2.11 and 3.3.0 through 3.3.2. However, no Red Hat product ships these affected versions, so Red Hat products are not impacted. No mitigation is required for Red Hat users.
