Glances is an open-source system cross-platform monitoring tool. Prior to 4.5.5, glances/outdated.py uses pickle.load() to read a version-check cache file stored at a predictable, world-accessible path (~/.cache/glances/glances-version.db or $XDG_CACHE_HOME/glances/glances-version.db). No integrity check, signature verification, or format validation is performed before deserialization. An attacker with write access to that path — through any of several realistic local or container-level scenarios — can plant a malicious pickle file and achieve arbitrary code execution as the OS user running Glances the next time it starts with version checking enabled (the default). This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.5.
Glances is an open-source system cross-platform monitoring tool. Prior to 4.5.5, the Glances KVM/QEMU monitoring engine (glances/plugins/vms/engines/virsh.py) passes VM domain names, read directly from virsh list --all output, into f-string command templates that are processed by secure_popen(). secure_popen() is explicitly designed to interpret &&, |, and > as shell operators. Because domain names are never sanitised before interpolation, any user with the ability to create or rename a KVM/QEMU virtual machine can execute arbitrary commands as the OS user running Glances — commonly root on hypervisor hosts. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.5.
The Cincopa video and media plug-in plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via cincopa Shortcode in Post Comments in all versions up to, and including, 1.163 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation is possible because the plugin processes the [cincopa] shortcode via a comment_text filter hook, allowing unauthenticated visitors who can post comments to supply a malicious shortcode argument that persists in the database.
An issue was discovered in Canonical ADSys upstream versions through v0.16.2. During Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) certificate auto-enrollment via the vendored Samba client script (internal/policies/certificate/python/vendor_samba/gp/gp_cert_auto_enroll_ext.py), ADSys utilizes a plaintext HTTP connection (http://) instead of a secure HTTPS connection (https://) to request the CA certificate from the Active Directory Certificate Services server (GetCACert). An unauthenticated network attacker positioned between the managed Ubuntu host and the configured AD CS CA hostname can conduct a Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) attack. By intercepting the plaintext HTTP request, the attacker can supply an arbitrary, attacker-controlled Root CA certificate. Because the system automatically accepts this certificate and registers it into the local system trust store via update-ca-certificates, this results in system-wide trust store poisoning. Consequently, TLS clients utilizing the operating system trust store on the affected machine will accept rogue certificates for arbitrary domains, enabling persistent decryption and interception of subsequent TLS connections. This issue is resolved in version v0.16.3.
Canonical MicroCeph versions from the squid and tentacle track are vulnerable to a path traversal issue in the remote-import API. Holders of a trusted cluster mTLS certificate (such as enrolled cluster members) or join token can manipulate files in an imported remote cluster within the /var/snap/microceph confinement. This would allow daemon disruption and pollution of the cluster state.
A broken authorization boundary in the RTSP media delivery pipeline of Shenzhen Liandian Communication Technology LTD V380 IP Camera firmware AppFHE1_V1.0.6.020230803 enables unauthenticated network actors to bypass the device’s credential-enforced live-view workflow and directly retrieve real-time video stream data.
Improper Authorization in Handler for Custom URL Scheme in Zoom Workplace before version 7.0.4 for Android and before 7.0.3 for iOS may allow an unauthenticated user to conduct an escalation of privilege via network access.
CVE-2026-53407 is a high-severity vulnerability in Zoom Communications' Zoom Workplace application affecting versions before 7.0.4 on Android and before 7.0.3 on iOS. It involves improper authorization in the handler for a custom URL scheme, which may allow an unauthenticated user to escalate privileges via network access. The vulnerability has a CVSS score of 8.1, indicating a significant risk to confidentiality and integrity without impacting availability. No official patch or vendor advisory is provided in the data. No known exploits in the wild have been reported.
CVE-2026-53406 is a high-severity vulnerability in Zoom Communications' Remote Control for Zoom Contact Center for Windows versions prior to 7.0.0. It involves insufficient verification of data authenticity, which may allow an authenticated local user to escalate privileges. The vulnerability has a CVSS 3.1 base score of 7.8, indicating significant impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. No official patch or remediation guidance is currently provided by the vendor. There are no known exploits in the wild at this time.
The Master Addons For Elementor plugin for WordPress contains a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the 'jtlma_custom_js' Page Setting. This affects all versions up to and including 3.1.0. Authenticated users with author-level access or higher can inject arbitrary JavaScript code via a crafted POST request, bypassing UI restrictions. The vulnerability arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, and improper enforcement of capability checks during the save process. This can lead to script execution in the context of users visiting the affected pages.
UDS Identity Config builds the Keycloak configuration image (realm, plugins, theme, truststore, JARs) consumed by UDS Core's Identity deployment. In versions 0.11.0 through 0.26.0, a logic error in the `client-kubernetes-secret` Keycloak client authenticator (shipped by `uds-identity-config` and consumed by UDS Core) causes the submitted `client_secret` to be overwritten with the mounted Kubernetes secret before comparison. An attacker who can reach the Keycloak token endpoint and knows a `client_id` using this authenticator can authenticate as that client with any `client_secret` value and obtain OAuth2 tokens scoped to the client's service account. In the case of the `uds-operator` client this token can be used to registry/modify other clients. Version 0.26.1 patches the issue.
Improper Authentication, Missing authentication for critical function, Weak Authentication vulnerability in DTS Electronics Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. Redline WR3200 allows Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs.
This issue affects Redline WR3200: from 7.1.3 before 7.1.8.
CZ.NIC BIRD Internet Routing Daemon through 2.19.0 contains a stack-based buffer overflow in the BGP AS_PATH mask matching implementation in nest/a-path.c. The as_path_match() function uses a fixed-size stack array of 2048 + 1 pm_pos entries, while parse_path() expands AS_PATH segments from a received BGP UPDATE without enforcing a corresponding capacity limit. When RFC 8654 BGP Extended Messages are enabled and a BIRD filter evaluates an AS path mask expression such as "bgp_path ~ [= ... =]", an established BGP peer can send a long AS_PATH containing more than 2048 expanded ASNs. This causes parse_path()/as_path_match() to write beyond the fixed stack buffer, resulting in a crash of the daemon. NOTE: reportedly, the Supplier's position is that a fix is not being prioritized because all network operators should already be rejecting routes with unusually long attributes.
Ubuntu Linux 6.8, 6.17 and 7.0 contain SAUCE patches with a possible NULL pointer dereference in the handling of AF_INET/AF_INET6 socket mediation. The bug can be triggered by an unprivileged local user. This can lead to a kernel oops.
