| High | 7.5 | EPSS 0.6% | CVE-2026-27903isaacs minimatch · Inefficient Algorithmic Complexity High7.5EPSS 0.6%CVE Database V5CVE-2026-27903 minimatch is a minimal matching utility for converting glob expressions into JavaScript RegExp objects. Prior to version 10.2.3, 9.0.7, 8.0.6, 7.4.8, 6.2.2, 5.1.8, 4.2.5, and 3.1.3, `matchOne()` performs unbounded recursive backtracking when a glob pattern contains multiple non-adjacent `**` (GLOBSTAR) segments and the input path does not match. The time complexity is O(C(n, k)) -- binomial -- where `n` is the number of path segments and `k` is the number of globstars. With k=11 and n=30, a call to the default `minimatch()` API stalls for roughly 5 seconds. With k=13, it exceeds 15 seconds. No memoization or call budget exists to bound this behavior. Any application where an attacker can influence the glob pattern passed to `minimatch()` is vulnerable. The realistic attack surface includes build tools and task runners that accept user-supplied glob arguments (ESLint, Webpack, Rollup config), multi-tenant systems where one tenant configures glob-based rules that run in a shared process, admin or developer interfaces that accept ignore-rule or filter configuration as globs, and CI/CD pipelines that evaluate user-submitted config files containing glob patterns. An attacker who can place a crafted pattern into any of these paths can stall the Node.js event loop for tens of seconds per invocation. The pattern is 56 bytes for a 5-second stall and does not require authentication in contexts where pattern input is part of the feature. Versions 10.2.3, 9.0.7, 8.0.6, 7.4.8, 6.2.2, 5.1.8, 4.2.5, and 3.1.3 fix the issue. | CVE Database V5 | ||

| Medium | 6.0 | EPSS 0.5% | CVE-2026-1355GitHub Enterprise Server · Missing Authorization Medium6.0EPSS 0.5%CVE Database V5CVE-2026-1355 A Missing Authorization vulnerability was identified in GitHub Enterprise Server that allowed an attacker to upload unauthorized content to another user’s repository migration export due to a missing authorization check in the repository migration upload endpoint. By supplying the migration identifier, an attacker could overwrite or replace a victim’s migration archive, potentially causing victims to download attacker-controlled repository data during migration restores or automated imports. An attacker would require authentication to the victim's GitHub Enterprise Server instance. This vulnerability affected all versions of GitHub Enterprise Server prior to 3.20 and was fixed in versions 3.19.2, 3.18.5, 3.17.11, 3.16.14, 3.15.18, 3.14.23. This vulnerability was reported via the GitHub Bug Bounty program. | CVE Database V5 | ||

Tomcat did not limit HTTP/0.9 requests to the GET method. If a security constraint was configured to allow HEAD requests to a URI but deny GET requests, the user could bypass that constraint on GET requests by sending a (specification invalid) HEAD request using HTTP/0.9. This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0 through 11.0.14, from 10.1.0 through 10.1.49, from 9.0.0 through 9.0.112. Older, EOL versions are also affected. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.15 or later, 10.1.50 or later or 9.0.113 or later, which fixes the issue. | CVE Database V5

When using an OCSP responder, Tomcat Native (and Tomcat's FFM port of the Tomcat Native code) did not complete verification or freshness checks on the OCSP response which could allow certificate revocation to be bypassed. This issue affects Apache Tomcat Native: from 1.3.0 through 1.3.4, from 2.0.0 through 2.0.11; Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.17, from 10.1.0-M7 through 10.1.51, from 9.0.83 through 9.0.114. The following versions were EOL at the time the CVE was created but are known to be affected: from 1.1.23 through 1.1.34, from 1.2.0 through 1.2.39. Older EOL versions are not affected. Apache Tomcat Native users are recommended to upgrade to versions 1.3.5 or later or 2.0.12 or later, which fix the issue. Apache Tomcat users are recommended to upgrade to versions 11.0.18 or later, 10.1.52 or later or 9.0.115 or later which fix the issue. | CVE Database V5

| Medium | 4.7 | EPSS <0.1% | Medium4.7EPSS <0.1%GCVE DatabaseCVE-2026-23115 In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: serial: Fix not set tty->port race condition Revert commit bfc467db60b7 ("serial: remove redundant tty_port_link_device()") because the tty_port_link_device() is not redundant: the tty->port has to be confured before we call uart_configure_port(), otherwise user-space can open console without TTY linked to the driver. This tty_port_link_device() was added explicitly to avoid this exact issue in commit fb2b90014d78 ("tty: link tty and port before configuring it as console"), so offending commit basically reverted the fix saying it is redundant without addressing the actual race condition presented there.
