The vulnerability arises from improper escaping of the ${username} variable in the user_dn_pattern used by the rabbitmq_auth_backend_ldap plugin, allowing crafted usernames to alter the LDAP bind DN. Exploitation requires specific LDAP configuration and valid credentials for the resulting DN. Conflicting fixed versions are reported, with some advisory data indicating fixes in 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, 4.2.9, and 4.3.3, while structured metadata suggests 3.13.18, 4.0.23, 4.1.14, 4.2.9, and 4.3.3. The CVSS score is 7.1 (medium severity). | GCVE Database

It involves uncontrolled resource consumption due to atom exhaustion when parsing OAuth2 JWT scope values in certain IdP configurations where scope content is user-influenced. The vulnerability is fixed in versions 3.13.15, 4.0.22, 4.1.11, 4.2.6, and 4.3.1. | CVE Database V5

| Medium | 6.0 | EPSS 0.5% | CVE-2026-66073rabbitmq-server · Uncontrolled Resource Consumption Medium6.0EPSS 0.5%CVE Database V5CVE-2026-66073 CVE-2026-66073 is a medium severity vulnerability in rabbitmq-server affecting versions 3.13.0 through 3.13.14, 4.0.0 through 4.0.19, 4.1.0 through 4.1.10, and 4.2.0 through 4.2.5. It involves uncontrolled resource consumption via atom table exhaustion through the management API's node field. This flaw allows an attacker with management tag privileges on a single vhost to leak atoms permanently, potentially crashing the Erlang VM after roughly 900,000 requests and causing denial of service for all tenants. The issue was fixed in versions 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6. | CVE Database V5 | ||
| Medium | 6.3 | EPSS 0.3% | CVE-2026-67225rabbitmq-server · Unthrottled Resource Allocation Medium6.3EPSS 0.3%CVE Database V5CVE-2026-67225 CVE-2026-67225 is a medium severity vulnerability in rabbitmq-server affecting versions 3.13.0 through 3.13.14, 4.0.0 through 4.0.19, 4.1.0 through 4.1.10, and 4.2.0 through 4.2.5. The issue involves the stream protocol storing the FrameMax value negotiated during the Tune handshake but failing to validate inbound frame lengths against this value. This allows a remote client to cause excessive memory consumption and potentially a denial of service when the stream plugin is enabled. The vulnerability is fixed in versions 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6. | CVE Database V5 | ||

From 3.13.0 until 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6, the Web STOMP WebSocket handler enforced neither max_frame_size nor login_timeout before authentication, allowing an unauthenticated client to keep a connection alive with a slow stream of small frames and accumulate unbounded pre-authentication state. The rabbitmq_web_stomp plugin must be enabled, and no authentication is required to reach the vulnerable path. From 3.13.0 until 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6, mechanisms/1 applied list_to_atom/1 to every colon-delimited token in an attacker-controlled auth_mechanism value, permanently consuming Erlang VM atoms and allowing the node to be crashed with a large request. Exploitation requires the Shovel or Federation plugin to be in use, and setting auth_mechanism requires the policymaker tag. The flaw involves improper session teardown during logoff, where requests on multiple connections for a single session were not safely drained before freeing shared session objects. This could lead to resource mismanagement and potential denial of service or other impacts. The issue has been fixed in Linux kernel versions 6.7, 6.11, and related commits. | Medium | 5.9 | EPSS 0.2% | CVE-2026-93477ash · Mass Assignment Medium5.9EPSS 0.2%CVE Database V5CVE-2026-93477 Improperly Controlled Modification of Dynamically-Determined Object Attributes vulnerability in ash-project ash allows a user to set the value of a private action argument on the bulk destroy and bulk update paths. Action arguments declared with public?: false are meant to be set only by trusted server-side code (for example via Ash.Changeset.set_private_argument/3) and must not be settable from end-user input. CVE-2026-55736 fixed the non-bulk changeset path to strip private arguments from user-supplied parameter maps, but the bulk destroy and bulk update paths were not covered. Ash.Actions.Destroy.Bulk.base_changeset/5 and Ash.Actions.Update.Bulk.base_changeset/5 match every key in the caller-supplied parameter map against all of the action's arguments with no public? check, then apply the matches to the base changeset. A caller who can submit parameters to a bulk destroy or bulk update action (for example through AshJsonApi, AshGraphql, or a controller that forwards request parameters to Ash.bulk_destroy/4 or Ash.bulk_update/4) can therefore set any private argument of that action, including one referenced by an arg(...) template in the action's changes or validations. Depending on how the application uses the argument (for example an acting_user_id driving authorization or record ownership, or audit metadata), this can lead to an integrity violation or privilege escalation. The fix requires public? in the argument matching on both bulk paths; private arguments remain settable server-side via the :private_arguments option. This issue affects ash: from 2.17.15 before 3.33.11. | CVE Database V5

| Critical | 9.8 | EPSS 0.2% | Critical9.8EPSS 0.2%GCVE Database The Linux Kernel, the operating system core itself. Security Fix(es): In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:ALSA: caiaq: Use snd_card_free_when_closed() at disconnectionThe USB disconnect callback is supposed to be short and not too-longwaiting. OTOH, the current code uses snd_card_free() atdisconnection, but this waits for the close of all used fds, hence itcan take long. It eventually blocks the upper layer USB ioctls, whichmay trigger a soft lockup. An easy workaround is to replace snd_card_free() withsnd_card_free_when_closed(). This variant returns immediately whilethe release of resources is done asynchronously by the card devicerelease at the last close. This patch also splits the code to the disconnect and the free phases;the former is called immediately at the USB disconnect callback whilethe latter is called from the card destructor.(CVE-2024-56531) In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:xsk: fix OOB map writes when deleting elementsJordy says: In the xsk_map_delete_elem function an unsigned integer(map->max_entries) is compared with a user-controlled signed integer(k). Due to implicit type conversion, a large unsigned value formap->max_entries can bypass the intended bounds check: if (k >= map->max_entries) return -EINVAL;This allows k to hold a negative value (between -2147483648 and -2),which is then used as an array index in m->xsk_map[k], which resultsin an out-of-bounds access. spin_lock_bh(&m->lock); map_entry = &m->xsk_map[k]; // Out-of-bounds map_entry old_xs = unrcu_pointer(xchg(map_entry, NULL)); // Oob write if (old_xs) xsk_map_sock_delete(old_xs, map_entry); spin_unlock_bh(&m->lock);The xchg operation can then be used to cause an out-of-bounds write. Moreover, the invalid map_entry passed to xsk_map_sock_delete can leadto further memory corruption.
