0 Nu Html Checker (vnu) contains a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability that allows remote attackers to bypass hostname restrictions and make the server perform arbitrary HTTP/HTTPS requests to internal resources, including localhost. The vulnerability arises because protections blocking direct access to localhost and 127.0.0.1 can be circumvented using DNS rebinding or domains resolving to loopback addresses. This affects versions prior to 26.8.6. A patch is available to address this issue. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 08/13/2026, 17:48:54 UTC Added: 09/19/2026, 01:27:30 UTC |
