atomic-agents-stack versions before 1.1.0 have a path traversal vulnerability in the dashboard HTTP server. This flaw allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files outside the intended directory by using directory traversal sequences in request paths. The vulnerability affects the DashboardHandler.do_GET endpoint, enabling bypass of path containment checks.

atomic-agents-stack before 1.1.0 accepts cleartext HTTP schemes in the HTTP MCP server-registry backend factory, allowing network man-in-the-middle attackers to rewrite catalog responses. Attackers can inject arbitrary command and argument values that are spawned as local subprocesses by MCPClientPool to achieve code execution on the agent host.

It involves a bypass of cost-guardrails in the _estimate_batch_cost function, which returns zero cost for unknown model identifiers not listed in the pricing table. This allows attackers to configure deployments with unknown models to bypass daily cost caps and exceed budget limits during parallel batch operations.
