CVE-2026-82358 is an incorrect authorization vulnerability in RT-Labs AB C-Open CANopen software. It allows an unauthenticated attacker on the CAN bus to bypass write protections and overwrite read-only Object Dictionary entries by exploiting flaws in the SDO server's download-segment frame handling. The vulnerability exists because the server does not properly validate write permissions or verify active download sessions. This can lead to unauthorized data modification on affected devices. The issue is fixed in version 1.1.1. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 10/01/2026, 19:42:16 UTC Added: 10/01/2026, 20:01:51 UTC |
