CVE-2026-49488: CWE-22 Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') in Apache Software Foundation Apache OpenMeetingsCVE-2026-49488 0 Apache OpenMeetings versions from 5.0.0 up to but not including 9.1.0 contain a path traversal vulnerability (CWE-22). An attacker with moderator privileges in any room can exploit this flaw to read arbitrary files accessible to the operating system account running the server. This includes sensitive files such as credentials and secrets. The issue is fixed in version 9.1.0, and users are advised to upgrade to this version to mitigate the risk.
