An unspecified SQL Injection vulnerability in Ivanti Endpoint Manager released prior to 2022 SU 5 allows an  attacker with access to the internal network to execute arbitrary SQL queries and retrieve output without the need for authentication. Under specific circumstances, this may also lead to RCE on the core server.

CVE-2023-39336 is a critical SQL Injection vulnerability affecting Ivanti Endpoint Manager versions released prior to 2022 SU 5. This vulnerability allows an attacker with access to the internal network to execute arbitrary SQL queries against the backend database without requiring any authentication or user interaction. The vulnerability stems from improper input validation or sanitization of SQL queries within the application, classified under CWE-89 (SQL Injection). Exploitation of this flaw can lead to full disclosure of sensitive data stored in the database, including potentially credentials, configuration details, or other critical information.
