CVE-2026-103470 is a critical privilege escalation vulnerability in Internet2 Grouper versions 5.8.3 through 5.22.5, 6.0.0 through 6.4.0, and 7.0.0 through 7.5.0. It occurs when a user with permission to create or edit rules in the User Interface can escalate their privileges due to incorrect privilege assignment. This vulnerability is identified as CWE-266.
