0 CVE-2026-104944 is a high-severity vulnerability in the TP-Link Tapo C500 v2.0 device. It involves an out-of-bounds function-pointer dispatch in the TP-Link Device Protocol (TDP) daemon. An unauthenticated attacker with network access to the affected UDP service can send a specially crafted UDP datagram to cause an invalid indirect call, crashing the TDP daemon and resulting in a denial-of-service condition. No authentication or pairing is required to trigger this issue, making it accessible to unauthenticated attackers on the network.
