The flaw occurs in the LitParseHeader() function where an attacker-controlled calculation using signed 32-bit arithmetic can overflow, leading to an invalid pointer read and deterministic application crash. There is no evidence of code execution, information disclosure, or other impacts beyond denial of service. No patch or fixed version is currently available.
