CVE-2026-12761: CWE-287 Improper Authentication in cyberlord92 miniOrange Social Login and Register (Discord, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn)CVE-2026-12761 0 The miniOrange Social Login and Register plugin for WordPress (supporting Discord, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn) contains a critical authentication bypass vulnerability in versions up to and including 7.7.0. The flaw allows attackers to bypass authentication by exploiting the Profile Completion flow, which accepts an arbitrary email without verifying it against the OAuth provider's identity. Additionally, the OTP mechanism leaks a hash that can be cracked offline due to a small OTP space and a static customer key, enabling attackers to log in as any user, including administrators.
