CVE-2026-14291: CWE-287 Improper Authentication in security-ninja-premiumCVE-2026-14291 0 security-ninja-premium WordPress plugin versions before 5.290 contain an improper authentication vulnerability in its two-factor authentication implementation. The plugin fails to verify the second authentication factor in one of its two-factor authentication code paths. This flaw allows an attacker who knows a user's password to bypass the enforced two-factor authentication and complete login without the one-time code, affecting all accounts including administrators.
