CVE-2026-16881 is a code injection vulnerability in the LINE Android app prior to version 26.7.2. The flaw exists in the profile rendering component, which does not properly validate or sandbox script content embedded in profile templates. This allows an attacker who can place crafted content in a profile to execute unintended code with the app's privileges when a victim views that profile. A server-side mitigation has been deployed that protects even unpatched Android clients. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 08/04/2026, 05:05:34 UTC Added: 08/04/2026, 05:48:33 UTC |
